Do you ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, or other foreign countries?

Yes; however you must (1) prepay the entire order with the shipping cost before shipping and (2) be responsible for any customs duties if any. The shipping cost is often high for such orders. You are check the shipping cost at USPS, FedEx or UPS' web sites.

Sorry, we do not accept foreign credit card at this time.

What's my order number?

Your order number should be the NNN digits behind yhst-6483987285015-NNN in the subject of the email confirmation of your order. It should also be shown in the order confirmation page when you finish your order.

Please take a note of your order number (example: 542) and have it ready before you call or email us.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, we do. Please choose USPS shipping method. There are often 2-4 business delays in shipping to such addresses.

How do I track the shipment of my order?

We'll send you a tracking number upon shipping your order. You can track your package at the shipping company's web site. We'll provide direct tracking with your order number on our web site soon.

What's the relationship between Gamestron.com and Directron.com?

Gamestron.com is an affiliate of Directron.com. Directron.com handles the order processing, and customer services for Gamestron.com.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. In case of back-ordered items, we'll contact you.

Do you allow me to pick up my order at your location?
