  Nintendo E-Reader for GBA
The e-Reader is a revolutionary accessory designed to work with the Game Boy Advance. The e-Reader allows you to scan special Dot Codes on e-Reader trading cards that unlock special features including minigames, card statistics and data, special items, and much more. Essentially, the Dot Code turns regular trading cards into video game software! The e-Reader is attached to the game port on the back of the Game Boy Advance. To connect the e-Reader to the Nintendo GameCube, use the Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance accessory, sold separately. The e-Reader packaging includes a sample card pack containing on classis NES game card set (five cards), and Donkey Kong Jr.-e.
Dot Code Scanner The Dot Code scanner allows the e-Reader to read specialized Dot Code data, encoded on the long and short sides of e-Reader cards.
On-Board Memory The e-Reader has the ability to save special files including one NES game. For example, this feature allows you to scan an NES game into your e-Reader, turn off the e-Reader, then play the game again when you turn it back on without rescanning the cards.
Connectivity The e-Readers link port allows it to be connected to other e-Readers, other Game Boy Advances, or to the Nintendo GameCube for additional functionality.
